Pioneer in Wichita Falls

Walked in around 6:30 on Sunday, party of 3.The host or lady behind the counter was extremely rude both time we had to interact with her. We walk in, not a hi or welcome. Just a cold rude "how many"We get to our table waited 25 minutes just to be greeted by a server. He got our drinks right out to us, loaded fries a few minutes later. Then another hour wait for our food and we didnt have any large items, My soup was cold and my baked potato was as if it set under a heat like for an hour.We go to pay and leave. Lady at the counter is on her phone texted, doesn't even look up at us. We wait for a few moments and nothing. She couldn't be taken away from that phone.So I set my money on the counter and walk away.Now all 3 of us work in the restaurant industry so we are patient and understanding with alot, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

I was not happy with the my visit................ I had to ask twice for my condiments and the food was not that great. Customers service was not there........ I dont plan on going back there. And i felt rushed by the waitress towards then end of the meal beacuse she repeated herself twice about cashing out when i heard her the first time. She should only have said it once and no more.
